HOW TO USE
To open the top of the bottle turn counter clockwise 1/4. Fill your bottle with water or chosen product mixture. Replace the spray top and close with a clockwise 1/4 turn. Squeeze the trigger once or twice to prime the internal pump system.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you love the all our products, however should the case arise that you change your mind. All we ask is that the returned product and packaging is sealed, hasn't been used and is in a re-saleable condition. Simply drop us an email including a copy of order confirmation and post item to delivery address stated on your order. We will notify your refund upon examination of returned product within reasonable time; this is be within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that your refund has been approved for faulty or damaged product.
In any case an exchange maybe issued if any product has been recieved in a faulty or damaged condition.
Unfortunately, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept cancellation, exchange or refund on loose herbs, tinctures, oils and used hair products.

Free UK shipping on products ONLY stated upon order. Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days or UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS DURING SALE OR FESTIVE PERIODS (inc Nov-Dec for Christmas). Excluding the channel islands or international delivery.
Please note that some products (such as hair butters) are freshly handmade to order and can take up to 5 working days after order confirmation to be processed; all other products processing can take up to 3 days after order is confirmed. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMELINES.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders outside the UK, it may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Please note you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
